Freightlink is a software product provided and operated by Gulfstream Logistics, Inc. Gulfstream Logistics, Inc. is the Data Controller for all personal information collected via the Freightlink app and is responsible for defining the purposes and methods of processing personal data.

2.4 Data Processor

Any entity that processes data on behalf of and under the instruction of the Data Controller.

A clear, voluntary agreement by the user to allow the processing of their personal data.

3.4 Location Data

FreightLink uses location data in real-time to enable core logistics functionality, including driver tracking, route monitoring, and automatic detection of arrival at pickup and delivery points. Location data is processed in real time for operational purposes and may be temporarily retained as part of logistics records associated with shipments.

3.5 Camera and Documents

The app may access the device camera and photo library to allow users to scan, upload, and manage logistics-related documents such as delivery confirmations and shipping paperwork.

All images and documents are provided directly by the user.

3.6 Diagnostics and Technical Data

We collect technical and diagnostic information such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash reports to improve app stability, performance, and reliability. We also collect product usage analytics — such as screens viewed, features used, and in-app interactions — linked to your account identifier, to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. This data is collected using third-party services such as Firebase, Sentry, and PostHog. We do not record your screen, and analytics data never includes the contents of your documents, messages, or payment details.

3.7 Role-Based Permissions

Users are given a number of permissions depending on their role. An "Owner" role is given permission to see all financials. A driver can only see stop locations and mileage. Data access is restricted based on the user's assigned role within the organization.

Freightlink may send push notifications related to logistics operations, status updates, delivery events, or important service-related messages.

Users can control notification preferences through their device settings.

All user data and files are stored on Amazon S3 Bucket in US East (Ohio) region (us-east-2). We use encryption at rest to protect your data. We do not use any other storage services.

All files and data are stored indefinitely for business-related purposes. Data retention is governed by contractual and regulatory requirements applicable to business logistics records. When a user quits or leaves the platform, we continue to store all data for business-related purposes and operational continuity.

8. User Rights and Choices

9. Fees and Payments

FreightLink is a B2B enterprise software platform. Individual users (drivers, dispatchers) do not pay any fees. Only logistics companies purchase enterprise licenses through direct B2B contracts with our sales team.

9.1 Enterprise Licensing Model

FreightLink is sold exclusively as an enterprise SaaS solution to logistics companies and fleet operators. Pricing and licensing terms are negotiated directly with our sales team and formalized through B2B commercial agreements outside of this application.

Individual end users (truck drivers, dispatchers, fleet managers) receive free access to the platform as part of their employer's enterprise subscription. No consumer payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are available or required.

9.2 Account Access

Access to FreightLink is provided by invitation only from a company administrator after the company has purchased an enterprise license. Individual users do not pay fees to create accounts or access features.

9.3 Termination for Non-Payment (Enterprise Level)

If a logistics company fails to pay enterprise license fees per their B2B contract, access for all users within that organization may be suspended.

10. International Data Transfers

11. Age Restriction and Privacy

11.1 Age Requirement

Only users 18 years of age or older can register for Freightlink, and registration is available only upon invitation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

If we discover that data from someone under 18 has been collected, it will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, and guardians will be notified where possible.
