FreightLink is a B2B SaaS platform designed exclusively for logistics companies, fleet operators, and freight carriers. The Services are licensed to business entities through direct enterprise agreements.
Individual users (truck drivers, dispatchers) do not purchase access. Access is provided free of charge as part of their employer's enterprise subscription.
Logistics companies and fleet operators purchase enterprise licenses through direct sales contracts with Freightlink, LLC. All commercial terms, pricing, and payment arrangements are negotiated and executed outside of this mobile application.
No consumer payments, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are available within the application.
If an enterprise client fails to fulfill payment obligations under their B2B contract, Freightlink may suspend or terminate access for all users within that organization.
You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
Freightlink may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or where required by law.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind.
Freightlink does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freightlink shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freightlink, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at contact@freightlinktms.com to seek resolution.
If unresolved, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Freightlink, LLC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
Freightlink may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
